Customer Service Representative Netherlands



Do you love clothes and taking phone calls? Are you helpful and client-oriented?

You have a native-level command of the Dutch language? You enjoy taking phone calls and are happy to communicate with our customers? You are resilient and always remain polite, even in stressful situations?

Your profile:

  • Native -level command of Dutch
  • Good English and/or German skills
  • Excellent communicator, with high degree of self-awareness, confidence and resilience
  • Compassionate, patient and a logical thinker
  • Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy
  • Team player, willing to help other customer service representatives
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is considered a plus

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer service to our Dutch customers
  • Handling customer enquiries using our merchandise management system
  • Advising our customers on product-related matters
  • Answering emails & Facebook messages
  • Building and maintaining a trusting relationship with our customers
  • Supporting the English or German speaking customer service market
  • Working from 9:30-18:00 Mo.-Fr., no weekends!
