Distribution Sales Manager (m/f/d) Germany – HVAC

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HVAC Distribution Sales Manager for Germany, who will drive partnership and growth across German distribution channel.

What you will do

  • Identifying and allocating distribution partners, maximizing the territory sales and service capabilities/coverage by line of products

  • Developing and executing the HVAC distribution sales strategy in the region and aligned with European/Global strategy

  • Managing and forecasting distributor performance to ensure long term growth by analyzing their capabilities, the market opportunities, driving sales excellence, and developing overall distribution business acumen to set and achieve annual targets, maximize margins and increased market penetration

  • Developing and maintaining trustful relationships with distribution partners to maintain connection with local market issues, while deploying containment and risk mitigation actions to enable distributors to achieve the goals.

  • Facilitate sales and service trainings, support in business development and marketing activities as well as lead generation initiatives. Ensuring key consultants are covered and drive growth of basis-of-design as well.

How you will do it

  • As an ambitious Sales Personality with a sales enabler mentality, you will deliver business goals to ensure continued growth. Using your in-depth knowledge of HVAC products (Chillers, heat Pumps, ventilation, Air Handling…), you will drive continuous success for your region within Germany

  • You will work closely with sales, operations and marketing teams to monitor and analyze market trends and competitive issues within the distribution channel in the regions

  • You will work as One Team within the Company

What we look for

  • Sales personality with strong strategic vision to drive sales growth

  • Great skills to mentor, coach and support distributors to boost joined growth

  • Proven record of identifying and developing business opportunities and delivering results

  • In-depth knowledge with heating / ventilation / air conditioning products

  • Solid sales development/ program experience within a multinational matrix style company

  • Fluent in German, good English skills
