Plant Manager Automotive (m/w/d)

For our client, an international company in the automotive industry, we are looking for a

• Compliance with budget targets measured by gross margin and inventory levels
• Definition and forecasting of targets for the plant
• Creation of a working environment that respects health and safety requirements, customer satisfaction, quality standards and delivery specifications (in a JIT/JIS environment)
• Further development and continuous improvement of processes and all employees in the plant
• Reporting and management of budgets, responsibility for the profit and loss account (P&L) and definition of measures to achieve the plant targets with the management team
• Adaptation of the plant's resources and costs to volume fluctuations and strategic planning
• Securing and preparing new start-ups and adapting the business plan
• Introduction and integration of digitalization of processes in the plant
• Developing talent and preparing future leaders

• Completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, supply chain management)
• Proven and successful experience as a plant manager in automotive production management and lean manufacturing / production system / Toyota production system and JIS delivery
• Knowledge of ISO TS and IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 and specific local requirements
• Proven experience in team management with leadership and coaching skills
• Strong communication skills in a dynamic environment
• very good and advanced language skills in Czech and English
